MEET THE TRAINERS:
Terri Shrader
Terri
has been active with sports and fitness her entire life. She formally entered the fitness industry in
2010 when she earned her NASM certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer
and Corrective Exercise Specialist. Having
launched her “second career” at the age of 47 Terri likes to challenge and
encourage her clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries by
empowering them with knowledge and skills. She especially enjoys working with women who want to learn new ways of
caring for themselves. As
your trainer, Terri will take your health and wellness personally... working
alongside you to help you achieve all of YOUR fitness goals. With your determination and her dedication,
you can make anything happen. If you’ve
been thinking about this a while and are ready to make a change, don’t wait
another minute. While
you’re working on your health, Terri will be working on additional
certifications through the Arthritis Foundation and as a NASM Fitness Nutrition
Specialist.
Emily Petersen
Emily
graduated from University of Illinois in 2009 with her bachelor’s of
science in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology. She worked for the local
park districts throughout college as a group fitness instructor,
lifeguard and triathlon training coach. She holds certifications from
ACE in both personal training and group fitness. Emily has
raced and volunteered in a number of different endurance events and
enjoys helping others train for their next big race whether a beginner
or seasoned triathlete. She loves making her client’s goals become
reality and showing them how simple healthy living can be.
Janell Greeley
Janell
has been involved in the health and wellness industry for several
years. She is a strong advocate of nutrition, prevention and holistic
approach to health and wellness. Janell has taught aqua aerobic classes
and aqua classes to participants especially arthritis, Fibromyalgia, and
rehab. She will be joining the team as a fitness instructor and
Reflexologist foot massage, healing the body through the feet.
